Do my clients need an account to book?add
No. They pick a service and a time on your booking page and leave a name and phone number. Kess creates the customer record for you and matches returning clients by phone.
Can I use Kess on a phone or tablet?add
Yes. Kess runs in the browser and adapts to phones, tablets and desktops, so the front desk and the team can use what they already have.
Is my salon's data shared with other salons?add
No. Every salon on Kess has its own separate database, and each team member only sees what their role allows.
Can I manage more than one branch?add
